Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Noirpoet.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for fashion, aesthetics and visual storytelling, with the ability to develop creative content, edit and enhance images, and produce refined visuals that reflect our brand identity.

You will be involved in creating visual content across our digital platforms, from conceptualising creative ideas to producing the final visuals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Content (Main Focus)

• Conceptualise and develop creative content for social media, campaigns, product launches and other digital platforms.
• Transform raw photos, footage and creative ideas into engaging, aesthetically refined editorial content.
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions that align with the brand's identity and overall aesthetic.
• Explore fresh ideas, visual trends and creative approaches to enhance the brand's content.

2. Photoshop / AI Editing

• Edit, retouch and manipulate images using Adobe Photoshop and AI-assisted creative tools.
• Enhance backgrounds, compositions, lighting and visual elements to produce high-quality creative imagery.
• Use AI tools for image enhancement, creative editing and visual content development.
• Maintain a consistent and natural visual aesthetic across all edited content.

3. Graphic Design

• Design clean and aesthetically pleasing visuals for Instagram posts, stories, campaigns and promotional materials.
• Create layouts, launch graphics and digital marketing assets that align with the brand's visual direction.
• Ensure consistency in typography, colours, composition and overall presentation.

4. Photography

• Capture fashion, product and lifestyle photography with a strong understanding of lighting, framing and composition.
• Assist in planning and executing creative photoshoots for campaigns, social media and product launches.
• Produce aesthetic photographs and short-form visual content that reflect the brand's style and mood.

5. Video Editing

• Edit Instagram Reels, campaign videos, lifestyle footage and behind-the-scenes content.
• Refine video pacing, transitions, colours and overall presentation to create engaging content.
• Ensure final videos maintain a consistent visual style across different platforms.

6. Photo Editing

• Perform photo retouching, colour correction, cropping and image enhancement for fashion and product photography.
• Maintain consistency in image tones, lighting, textures and visual quality.
• Prepare and optimise images for social media, websites and digital marketing use.

Requirements

• Strong interest in fashion, creative content, photography and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, with an understanding of image editing and visual composition.
• Good graphic design skills with a strong sense of aesthetics, colour and detail.
• Familiar with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Able to capture and edit aesthetically pleasing photos and videos.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Willing to learn, explore new creative tools and contribute fresh ideas.

Added Advantages

• Experience using AI creative tools for image generation, editing or enhancement.
• Professional photography or fashion content creation experience.
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop and graphic design skills.
• Previous experience working in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
