About the Role:

White On White (Malaysia's premium multi-brand floral ecosystem) is looking for a highly energetic, aesthetically obsessed Content Creator to make our Instagram and Xiaohongshu (XHS) pages the most "happening" digital spaces in the floral industry.

Your mission is simple but massive: create such engaging, visually stunning, and memorable content that the moment someone in Malaysia thinks, "I need to buy flowers for a special occasion," they instantly think of White On White. You will be the creative engine behind our daily brand recall, blending quiet luxury with modern, fast-paced social media trends.

Core Responsibilities:

• Make It "Happening" (IG & XHS Domination): Ideate, shoot, edit, and publish high-frequency, high-engagement content (Reels, TikToks, XHS picture carousels). Keep our pages vibrant, active, and constantly in our customers' feeds.
• Top-of-Mind Brand Storytelling: Craft narratives around our ecosystem (White On White VIP gifting, SummerWhite events, GFA workshops) that stick in the audience's memory.
• Trend Surfing & Execution: Monitor the exact heartbeat of Instagram and Xiaohongshu. Jump on trending audios, visual formats, and cultural moments at lightning speed, while maintaining our premium minimalist DNA.
• Community Magnetism: Create content that begs to be shared, saved, and commented on. Write captivating, culturally relevant Chinese and English captions that turn casual scrollers into brand loyalists.
• Hands-On Production: Be a one-person production powerhouse. From setting up the lighting in the studio to filming florists in action, down to the final cut in CapCut Pro.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in Chinese and English (written and spoken). Deep "网感" (internet sense) on XHS is 100% non-negotiable.
• The "Premium Eye": A portfolio that proves you understand high-end aesthetics. You know how to make a white rose look like a luxury fashion item using just a camera lens, lighting, and composition.
• Tech & Gear Fluent: You are lethal with a smartphone camera (iPhone Pro). You edit natively and quickly in CapCut Pro or Premiere.
• The "Doer" Mindset: You don't sit around waiting for a brief. You walk into the production floor, see a beautiful arrangement being made, pull out your camera, and have a Reel live in 20 minutes.
