Creative content creator

Role Description The Creative Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Nozha. This role is responsible for planning, writing, and producing engaging content across social media, websites, blogs, and digital campaigns aligned with brand voice and marketing goals. Daily tasks include brainstorming concepts with the marketing team, creating visuals or coordinating with designers, drafting copy for posts and ads, and adapting content for different platforms and audiences. The Creative Content Creator will monitor trends and audience insights, refine content based on performance data, and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels. Collaboration with SEO specialists, social media managers, and analytics teams is key to developing content that drives engagement and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of real estate experience is a must.
• Strong skills in creative storytelling, copywriting, and crafting engaging content tailored to digital audiences.
• Experience creating content for social media, websites, blogs, and digital campaigns, with an understanding of platform-specific best practices.
• Basic familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including audience targeting, brand positioning, and campaign objectives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, and analysts to produce cohesive, high-impact content.
• Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) and comfort working with visual assets.
• Strong research, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Relevant education or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field; prior experience in digital agencies or startups is advantageous.
