AJMAL Thailand is looking for a Creative Content Creator Intern to join our team in Bangkok.

This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship for someone who enjoys social media, short videos, beauty, fragrance, and creative content.

You do not need many years of experience. We are looking for someone who is creative, responsible, eager to learn, and comfortable trying new ideas.

You will work with an international perfume brand from Dubai and gain real hands-on experience in content creation, TikTok, Instagram, filming, editing, live selling, and brand marketing.

What You Will Learn

• Create real content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
• Learn how to turn social media trends into brand content
• Build your portfolio with real brand projects
• Understand how a fragrance brand communicates with customers
• Practice short-form video planning, filming, editing, posting, and performance tracking
• Learn how live product presentation and online selling work
• Work with a marketing team in a professional brand environment

What You Will Do

• Follow trends on TikTok, Instagram, X, and other social media platforms
• Come up with content ideas that fit AJMAL Thailand
• Write simple scripts and plan short-form videos
• Film products, behind-the-scenes content, and lifestyle videos
• Appear in videos when needed
• Edit short videos using CapCut
• Help post content and check basic performance results
• Support the team with campaign ideas, product launches, and live selling preparation
• Join live sessions to help present and introduce products to customers

Who We Are Looking For

• Thai nationality
• Student, fresh graduate, or early-career candidate
• Interested in content creation, social media, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, or marketing
• Up to date with TikTok and Instagram trends
• Creative, responsible, and willing to learn
• Comfortable being in front of the camera
• Able to edit short videos using CapCut
• Basic Canva or design skills would be a plus
• Good communication skills and able to work with others
• Open to feedback and willing to improve
• Honest, punctual, and able to follow company rules
