WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a creative Content Designer / Marketing Professional to join our collaborative team and work closely with the marketing department and other creative professionals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and Creative Conceptualization : Create engaging and creative visual materials for email campaigns, social media, websites, brochures, flyers, infographics, and presentations.
• Creative Promotional Materials : Prepare creative promotional materials for webinars, online events, and offline events, including invitations, posters, banners, presentation slides, and other supporting visuals.
• Brand Identity : Maintain consistency across all marketing materials by following the company’s brand guidelines.
• Marketing Campaigns : Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative visuals for advertising and promotional campaigns, aiming to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Video Content Creation : Create and edit short-form videos, reels, motion graphics, and animations for digital campaigns and events.
• Market Research : Conduct basic market and competitor research and stay updated on current design trends and marketing practices.
• Develop creative graphics and visual content that complement written marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts, event promotions, and other communication materials.

PROFILE REQUIRED:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Content design, with a focus on marketing materials and branding in Education industry
• Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other relevant graphic design tools.
• Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.) to optimize design workflows and content creation.
• Experience with tools like Figma, Canva, and Wordpress is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Experience with event branding and on-ground marketing collateral creation.
• Basic photography and photo editing skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
