As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented, passionate and versatile Creative Content Executive to join our team.

The Role — Create. Design. Innovate.

We're looking for a creative all-rounder who can transform ideas into engaging videos, eye-catching designs and impactful digital content.

You'll be involved in everything from content planning and video production to graphic design, social media management and customised product production.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Production & Content Creation

• Plan, shoot and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and Shopee.
• Produce creative product showcases, promotional videos, lifestyle content and digital advertisements.
• Manage the end-to-end video production process, including content ideation, scripting, filming, lighting, editing and final delivery.
• Develop fresh, trend-driven content ideas that strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
• Ensure all video content meets the brand's creative and quality standards.

2. Graphic Design & Visual Content

• Design promotional banners, product visuals, social media graphics and digital marketing materials.
• Create visual assets for product launches, seasonal campaigns and e-commerce platforms.
• Edit and enhance product photography to maintain a premium brand presentation.
• Prepare and adjust artwork for personalised product printing.
• Maintain a consistent and recognisable brand identity across all creative materials.

3. Social Media Content Management

• Plan, schedule and publish content consistently across the company's social media platforms.
• Maintain an organised content calendar aligned with marketing activities.
• Develop engaging captions, creative hooks and content concepts.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to improve content performance.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns.

4. Custom Printing Production & Machine Maintenance

• Manage and process daily customised phone case printing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and adjust personalised artwork, customer names and designs according to order specifications.
• Operate and monitor in-house printing equipment to ensure smooth and consistent production.
• Monitor printing progress and ensure orders are completed within the required timeline.
• Perform routine machine cleaning, basic maintenance and operational checks.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure printing accuracy, colour consistency and product finishing.
• Identify, troubleshoot and report printing errors or equipment issues when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient printing workstation.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfilment.

5. Creative Planning & Collaboration

• Brainstorm creative ideas for marketing campaigns, promotional activities and product launches.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and conversion-focused content.
• Research emerging digital trends, competitor strategies and creative opportunities.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Organise and maintain digital assets, design files and video footage.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, Digital Media, Mass Communication or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong creative portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut or equivalent creative software.
• Strong practical skills in video shooting, video editing and graphic design.
• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and current social media trends.
• Ability to develop creative ideas independently and turn concepts into engaging content.
• Willing to learn and manage customised printing operations and basic equipment maintenance.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
• A creative portfolio showcasing previous video editing, graphic design and content creation work is required.

AI Creative Skills — An Added Advantage

We believe great creativity becomes even more powerful with technology.

Candidates with experience using AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling AI, Canva AI or other generative AI platforms will have an added advantage.

We're especially interested in individuals who can leverage AI to:

Previous experience in customised product printing or printing equipment operation will also be an added advantage.
