Location: Hong Kong (Cross-border collaboration with Nigeria team)

About the Role

We are a fast-growing international internet and technology company. We are seeking a high-potential Creative Content Lead Trainee to take ownership of our advertising content production. In this role, you will oversee the quality, efficiency, and scalability of creative outputs, coordinate with our Nigeria-based production team, and deploy AI-driven content workflows.

Requirements

1. Education: Fresh graduate from a Hong Kong Top 5 university (HKU / CUHK / HKUST / CityU / PolyU) or top-tier global equivalent.
2. Language & Visa: Fluent in professional English & Mandarin for global team collaboration. Must hold a Hong Kong Permanent Identity or a valid HK work visa (e.g., IANG, TTPS, QMAS).
3. Skills & Passion: Strong passion for short-form video, digital advertising, and content operations; basic proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut).
4. AI & Execution: High adaptability to AI tools for workflow efficiency; excellent ownership, execution drive, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

1. **Creative Direction & Quality Control：**Oversee creative direction, aesthetic quality, and narrative tone for video and visual ad creatives.
2. **Global Team & Workflow Optimization：**Lead and coordinate with our Nigeria filming and editing team; establish SOPs to streamline high-volume, scalable delivery.
3. **AI Integration & Performance Optimization：**Leverage cutting-edge AI tools (scripting, editing, subtitling, asset generation) to maximize output efficiency; iterate ad creatives based on performance marketing data.
4. **Trend Discovery & Team Leadership：**Track emerging short-form video trends across digital platforms; gradually step into a leadership role to build and scale the creative team.

入職要求

1. 學歷背景： 香港 Top 5 大學（港大 HKU / 中大 CUHK / 科大 HKUST / 城大 CityU / 理大 PolyU）或全球頂尖高校應屆畢業生。
2. 語言及簽證要求： 具備優秀的英語口語及書面溝通能力，能與海外團隊無縫協作；須持有香港永久性居民身份或可在港合法工作的有效簽證（如 IANG、高才通 TTPS、優才 QMAS 等）。
3. 專業技能： 對短視頻、數位廣告及內容營運有濃厚興趣；掌握基礎視頻剪輯工具（如 Premiere Pro、CapCut、Final Cut 等）。
4. AI 應用與執行力： 善於運用 AI 工具提升工作效率；具備強烈的 Ownership（主人翁意識）、出色執行力與細節關注度。

職責範疇

1. **內容品質與創意統籌 (Quality & Direction) ：**統籌廣告創意（短視頻及視覺內容）的質量、視覺風格與整體方向，確保高標準交付。
2. **跨國團隊管理與流程優化 (Team & SOP Management)：**建立並優化內容生產標準作業程序（SOP），管理與協同尼日利亞拍攝及剪輯團隊，提升產出效率與規模化能力。
3. **AI 賦能與數據驅動迭代 (AI Tools & Data Optimization)：**運用 AI 工具（如劇本生成、自動剪輯、字幕及素材生成）提升創作效率；結合行銷與產品數據，持續迭代優化素材投放效果。
4. **趨勢探索與團隊梯隊建設 (Content Trends & Leadership)：**洞察各大數位平台的最新短視頻趨勢，逐步承擔團隊管理職責，擴大廣告內容生產團隊。
