What they need
Create photo and video content for hospital marketing and social media
Shoot, edit, and produce Reels, TikTok, and other digital content
Cover hospital events, programs, campaigns, and activities
Create promotional, interview, and testimonial videos
Apply basic video editing, graphics, captions, transitions, and audio enhancements
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, or similar editing software
Able to create engaging Reels, TikTok videos, and social media content
Knowledgeable in camera operation, framing, lighting, composition, and basic audio recording
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communication, or related field is an advantage
Experience in video editing, Reels creation, and digital content production
Portfolio or sample works
Can work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
