Transformation Church is looking for a Creative Content Specialist to help tell the story of what God is doing in and through our church through bold vision-aligned design.

About the Role
The Creative Content Specialist plays a key role on the Communications team, with a primary focus on graphic design and visual content creation. From sermon series artwork and event promotion to social media, print, and in-service screens, this role shapes how people see, experience, and connect with Transformation Church.

You'll partner with ministry leaders and teammates to turn ideas into visuals that inform, inspire, and invite people into the life of the church. Video editing experience is a plus, and as our team grows, there will be opportunities to contribute to a wide range of creative projects.

This role is a great fit for a designer who loves the craft, works with excellence under deadlines, brings fresh ideas to every project, and wants their creative gifts to serve a greater purpose.

What You'll Do

• Design high-quality graphics for social media, web, print, signage, and in-service screens
• Develop cohesive visual identities for sermon series, events, campaigns, and ministry initiatives
• Steward the TC brand by ensuring consistency and quality across all visual communications
• Collaborate with ministry leaders to understand needs and translate them into effective creative solutions
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion while meeting deadlines
• Support video editing and motion graphics projects as needed
• Build and maintain organized design files, templates, and asset libraries
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices, and bring new ideas to the team

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or content creation
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Canva experience is a plus
• Video editing or motion graphics experience preferred
• Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory
• Ability to manage competing priorities with excellence, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• A collaborative, teachable team player who gives and receives feedback well
• Alignment with TC's vision, values, and culture
