Creative Content Visual Supervisor (Videographer)

• Develop creative ideas, concepts, and storytelling for engaging video content.
• Conduct research on digital content and social media trends to create relevant and impactful content.
• Plan and execute video production processes, including video and audio recording.
• Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and other production tools.
• Edit high-quality videos for various platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and websites.
• Create simple motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and visual elements to enhance content quality.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to ensure content aligns with brand and business unit strategies.
• Manage production schedules and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
• Evaluate content performance and provide recommendations for future content improvements.
• Operate and manage live streaming production when required.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, Content Creator, or in a related role.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of photography and videography fundamentals, including composition, lighting, and audio.
• Excellent storytelling and creative thinking skills.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and digital content strategies.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and possess strong time management skills.
• Have a portfolio showcasing video production and digital content work.
• Willing to work flexibly, both in the office and at various shooting locations.
• Able to operate and manage live streaming equipment and production.
• It will be an advantage if you have experience with Adobe After Effects and motion graphics, have created viral content or digital campaigns, and possess basic graphic design skills.
