Creative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Associate Manager, Creative Operations to support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing and creative campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple projects across creative, digital, social, video, and print channels. The Associate Manager will partner with internal stakeholders, creative teams, external vendors, and freelance resources to help ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with a high level of operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience supporting production, creative operations, marketing operations, project management, or related functions.
• Experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to adapt approaches based on project needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
