We Are Looking:

We're looking for a Creative Copywriter who loves coming up with ideas that make people stop scrolling. You'll spend your days thinking about hooks, angles, scripts, headlines, and concepts for ads. Some ideas will work, some won't, and that's completely okay. We test, learn, improve, and keep creating. If you're the type of person who constantly notices ads, wonders why they work (or don't), and always has another idea to try, we'd love to meet you.

Get Ready To:

• Come up with fresh ideas for social media ads and campaigns.
• Write hooks, headlines, scripts, CTAs, and other performance-focused copy.
• Prepare creative briefs for designers, video editors, and creators.
• Research competitors and keep an eye on what's working in the market.
• Analyze creative performance and use data to improve the next idea.
• Work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to bring ideas to life.
• Learn about different audiences and create concepts that speak to them.
• Constantly test new angles, messages, and creative approaches.

We expect you to:

• Have experience writing copy for ads, social media, or other digital content.
• Be naturally curious and always collecting ideas.
• Understand that great creative comes from testing, not guessing.
• Feel comfortable turning insights into simple, engaging concepts.
• Be organized enough to handle multiple creative projects at once.
• Enjoy working closely with designers and marketers.
• Be fluent in English and Lithuanian.

Salary:

Gross salary range is 2400 - 3800 EUR/month.

*Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
