What You’ll Drive & Own

• The Global Narrative: You will own and evolve our brand voice across multiple markets, adapting tone and messaging to respect local cultural nuances while maintaining a cohesive, empowering global identity.
• Viral & Educational Angles: You will drive our short-form content strategy (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), writing high-converting hooks and educational scripts that turn awkward or unspoken personal care topics into engaging, shareable content.
• The Conversion Engine: You will write the performance ad copy (Meta, TikTok, Google) that fuels our paid acquisition. You’ll constantly hypothesize, write, test, and iterate on different psychological angles to crush CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) targets.
• Conversational Commerce Playbooks: You will craft localized sales scripts, Shopee Product Page, Onboarding flows, and automated chat messaging for direct-to-consumer channels (like LINE OA in Thailand, WhatsApp/Messenger in other regional markets) to transform curious browsers into lifetime buyers.
