The Creative Design & Styling Executive will support the development and execution of visual concepts across events, gifting, festive décor, installations and brand projects, ensuring every design detail reflects Sprinkle & Sparkle Luxe Co.’s refined, premium and intentional aesthetic.

Responsibilities:

The Creative Design & Styling Executive will support:

• Creative concept development for events, gifting, festive décor and brand experiences.
• Mood boards, styling references, colour palettes and visual direction.
• Tablescapes, floral styling, gift presentation, props, installations and decorative layouts.
• Festive décor concepts and styling support.
• Event styling, setup supervision and on-site visual quality control.
• Product and gift styling for content, campaigns and client presentations.
• Sourcing support for props, décor items, packaging, florals, fabrics, and styling materials.
• Working with vendors, production teams and operations to ensure creative details are executed correctly.
• Maintaining brand consistency across physical and visual experiences.
• Supporting photoshoots, content days and styled brand moments.
• Ensuring final execution aligns with approved design direction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in event styling, creative design, visual merchandising, set styling, floral styling, interior styling, gifting, décor, or a related creative field.
• Strong visual sense and understanding of luxury presentation.
• Ability to interpret briefs, mood boards and creative direction.
• Experience supporting or executing physical styling projects.
• Good understanding of colour, texture, scale, balance and finishing details.
• Ability to work with vendors, artisans, production teams and operations staff.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work under pressure during setups, installations, and peak project periods.
• Must be hands-on and willing to support physical execution, not just concept work.
• Must be based in Lagos and available for on-site work, project setups, and weekends.
