About the Role

Transylvania Creations is looking for a highly creative and confident Creative Design Coordinator to bring our clients' visions to life.

Working across themed entertainment, theme parks, animatronics, and special effects, you will translate creative ideas into clear visual concepts and coordinate with our design, engineering, and production teams to turn those ideas into reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and translate ideas into visual concepts, sketches, illustrations, and design references.
• Present creative ideas confidently and communicate client expectations clearly to the design team.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, engineers, BIM/CAD teams, and production departments.
• Review design drawings, 3D models, materials, and prototypes to ensure alignment with the approved concept.
• Manage design feedback, revisions, approvals, and project deadlines.
• Ensure the final design maintains the intended creative vision while meeting technical and project requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in creative design, concept development, illustration, or design coordination.
• Strong creative thinking, visualization, illustration, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to understand a client's vision and explain it clearly to designers and technical teams.
• Experience in themed entertainment, theme parks, exhibitions, animatronics, or special effects is an advantage.

A relevant portfolio demonstrating your creative work and visualization skills is required.
