Creative Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Design compelling brand banners, social media creatives, digital advertisements, brochures, and marketing collateral.
• Create and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and corporate communications.
• Produce motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling content.
• Utilize AI tools to generate concepts, images, videos, and creative variations while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to execute campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
• Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong proficiency in:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Microsoft PowerPoint

Optional

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Canva and/or Figma

AI expertise is mandatory, including hands-on experience with:

• Adobe Firefly
• Microsoft Copilot
• ChatGPT/Claude

• Leonardo AI or equivalent AI creative platforms

Language

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to understand creative briefs and present ideas effectively.

Experience & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or Visual Communication.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand banners, marketing creatives, and AI-generated creative work.
