Creative Designer

A. In-Store & POSM Design

● Design POSM and in-store marketing materials, including posters, standees, buntings/banners, price tags, promotional displays, vouchers, reward/loyalty cards, table-top displays and other outlet communication materials.

● Ensure artwork is suitable for printing, production and actual outlet application.

● Prepare artwork files according to printer/vendor specifications.

● Support outlet roll-out by preparing artwork for different sizes and formats.

B. Digital & Social Media Design

● Design creative assets for Facebook, Instagram and other digital platforms.

● Develop social media posts, campaign visuals, promotional artwork, digital banners and festive creatives.

● Adapt key visuals into different formats and platform specifications.

● Support the design of website and mobile app promotional banners and visuals.

● Create visual assets for online promotions, giveaways and influencer campaigns.

C. Packaging & Product Design

● Develop and adapt packaging, box and product-related designs.

● Work on seasonal/festive packaging and promotional packaging.

● Ensure packaging artwork follows brand guidelines and product requirements.

● Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate artwork amendments with suppliers.

D. Product Content & Photography

● Support product photoshoots and basic art direction for product photography.

● Assist with product styling and visual presentation for marketing purposes.

● Edit and retouch product photos for social media, e-commerce and promotional materials.

● Support short-form video content and basic video editing when required.

E. Brand & Creative Development

● Maintain consistency of brand identity across all marketing touchpoints.

● Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives and marketing briefs.

● Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to translate marketing ideas into visual concepts.

● Keep up with current design, social media and F&B/retail visual trends.

● Develop creative ideas for new product launches, festive campaigns and promotional activities.

F. Production & Coordination

● Coordinate with printers, suppliers and production vendors on artwork requirements.

● Check proofs, colours, sizes and final artwork before production.

● Manage design files and maintain an organised artwork library.

● Ensure creative deliverables are completed according to campaign timelines.

Requirements

● Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or related field.

● 2–4 years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably in FMCG, F&B, retail or lifestyle brands.

● Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or other relevant design software.

● Experience in branding, packaging, POSM, digital and social media design.

● Experience working with packaging artwork, design guidelines, print specifications and production requirements.

● Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, visual hierarchy and brand consistency.

● Able to adapt campaign concepts into different online and offline marketing materials.

● Experience in motion graphics or basic video editing would be an added advantage.

● Creative, detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.

● Able to manage multiple design projects and prioritise tasks effectively.

● Portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, packaging and/or retail design work is required.
