Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and versatile Creative Designer to handle visual content across social media, product packaging, digital advertising, e-commerce, presentations, and UI/UX. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in graphic design, branding, social media creatives, packaging design, Meta ads, Amazon creatives, and digital design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create social media content including feed posts, carousels, stories, promotional graphics, and campaign visuals.
• Develop product labels and packaging artwork for different products and physical containers.
• Design static advertisements, carousel creatives, and promotional graphics for Meta campaigns.
• Produce Amazon assets such as A+ Content, storefront banners, product infographics, and comparison graphics.
• Design pitch decks, company presentations, business proposals, and other corporate communication materials.
• Create website layouts, landing pages, interface designs, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare artwork according to required digital dimensions, print specifications, and production requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and other internal teams to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with external printers and vendors for packaging and other printed materials when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in graphic or creative design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Figma and digital prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with branding principles and maintaining visual consistency across different mediums.
• Understanding of print production processes, including color modes, file preparation, and pre-press requirements.
• Knowledge of social media, digital advertising, and e-commerce creative formats.
• Familiarity with Amazon marketplace content requirements and Meta advertising specifications.
• Understanding of basic UI/UX principles and responsive digital design.
• Basic working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and willingness to incorporate them into design workflows.

Portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.
