Creative Designer

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design & Branding

* Design promotional leaflets, brochures, flyers, service menus, price lists, vouchers, posters, banners, standees, and other marketing collateral.

* Develop creative concepts and layouts for seasonal promotions, product launches, and festive campaigns.

* Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand identity and visual guidelines.

* Prepare artwork for both print production and digital platforms.

2. Marketing & Campaign Support

* Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to conceptualise and execute marketing campaigns.

* Design digital creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), WhatsApp broadcasts, EDMs, and the company website.

* Create promotional materials for new treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products.

* Design visual content for shopping mall events, exhibitions, roadshows, and outlet promotions.

3. Service Menu & Marketing Collateral

* Design and regularly update treatment menus, service catalogues, promotional booklets, and price guides.

* Ensure service menus are attractive, informative, easy to read, and aligned with the latest promotions.

* Coordinate with Operations and Product teams to ensure all information, pricing, and treatment details are accurate.

4. Content Creation

* Create graphics, infographics, simple animations, and short promotional videos for digital marketing.

* Assist in product photography, treatment photography, and video shoots where required.

* Edit photos and videos for use across digital and print channels.

5. Print Production & Vendor Coordination

* Liaise with printing vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.

* Prepare print-ready artwork and monitor production timelines.

* Ensure colour accuracy, print specifications, and material quality meet company standards.

6. Brand & Asset Management

* Maintain an organised library of design files, templates, logos, fonts, and marketing assets.

* Ensure all creative materials remain updated and comply with brand standards across all outlets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant design experience, preferably in the beauty, aesthetic, wellness, retail, or lifestyle industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, print design, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and other relevant design software.
• Knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar is an advantage.
• Familiarity with print production processes and artwork preparation.
• Excellent creativity, typography, layout, and colour composition skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers, vendors, and business partners.
