Hiring: Creative Designer (Full-Time, Onsite)

Office Location: Mall of Islamabad, Blue Area, F-7/1, Islamabad

Time: Morning PKT hours. (Onsite role)

Job Description

We are looking for a designer who understands that a design is only as good as the results it produces. At Marked, we are hiring a versatile Creative Designer to shape our brand across every channel. You will design everything from core brand identities and engaging social content to high-converting ads and seamless web layouts.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 2–4 years as a creative designer, with a proven track record in digital advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok), branding, social media ads, website design.

The Toolkit: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.

Performance Mindset: A refined understanding of design principles (hierarchy, typography, color theory) applied through the lens of direct-response marketing.

Originality: We do not want Behance portfolios filled with templates. We want to see genuine, "outside-the-box" creative work that shows a command over your tools and a strategic mind.
