We’re looking for a Creative Designer who can turn ideas into visually compelling work that strengthens our brand and drives results.

Role Overview

As a Creative Designer, you will conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality visual content across digital and print channels. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to create on-brand designs for campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate briefs and business goals into clear, creative design concepts and final assets.
• Design for multiple channels: web, social media, email, ads, landing pages, presentations, print, and packaging as needed.
• Develop and maintain brand-consistent visuals, including logos, icons, illustrations, layouts, and templates.
• Create storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to communicate ideas before final production.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, developers, and external vendors (printers, agencies, etc.).
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices; propose new ideas to improve our visual output.
• Organize and manage design files, assets, and version control in shared drives or design systems.
• Support basic motion design / animation for social and web.
• Contribute to UI/UX work: wireframes, screen designs, and design handoff to developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Creative Designer / Visual Designer (portfolio required).
• Strong grasp of design fundamentals: typography, color, composition, hierarchy, and branding.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools:
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Figma and/or Sketch (especially for digital/UI work)
• Ability to design for both digital (web, mobile, social) and print (brochures, posters, packaging).
• Excellent communication skills: can present concepts clearly and take feedback constructively.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills; comfortable handling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with motion design (After Effects, Lottie, basic animation).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end constraints.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field – or a strong portfolio demonstrating equivalent skills.
• 3+ years of professional design experience .
