Creative Designer

Role Summary
We're looking for a Creative Designer who works AI-first. You'll use generative AI tools every day to create campaign visuals, e-commerce assets, product packaging and social content for our brands, and continuously explore new ways to work with AI.

What You'll Do

• Create campaign visuals, e-commerce banners, product packaging concepts and artwork, social media content and ad creatives, using AI tools as your main workflow
• Generate lifestyle scenes, backgrounds, models and product settings with AI, keeping product packaging and labels accurate
• Produce high-volume creative variants for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and social ads, in multiple sizes and languages (EN / BM / CN)
• Create short-form video and motion content using AI video tools
• Build prompt libraries, style references and templates so AI output stays consistent with our brands
• Test new AI tools as they are released and recommend which ones fit our work
• Share tips, workflows and tool knowledge with teammates
• Work with the marketing, e-commerce and TikTok teams on briefs and creative testing

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of design experience

• Strong, hands-on generative AI skills. Your portfolio must show real commercial work made with AI, with a clear explanation of your process.

• Experience with tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Flux, ComfyUI, Runway, Kling, Veo or CapCut AI

• Ability to keep real products accurate in AI-generated images, including packaging shape, labels and colours

• Solid design basics: layout, typography, colour and retouching in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma

• Experience preparing print-ready packaging artwork (dielines, colour separation and print specs)

• Awareness of AI limitations: commercial usage rights, product claims and platform disclosure rules

• Curious, fast-learning, and up to date with new AI tools

• Experience training custom AI models or style references on a brand's products

• Experience with AI automation tools or workflows
