Creative Designer

The role will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality visual content and layouts for product user manuals, installation guides, safety labels, and product packaging support material. This role blends creative graphic design skills with technical understanding to present information in a clear, user-friendly, and visually engaging manner. The designer will work closely with product designers, R&D teams and marketing to ensure that all artwork communicates essential product usage, installation, and safety instructions effectively and in alignment with brand standards.

Role & responsibilities

Design user-friendly and visually clear artwork, illustrations, icons, and layouts for product user manuals and guides.

• Collaborate with the R&D and Documentation teams to understand product functions and convert technical input into visual formats.

• Maintain consistency in design language across all manuals and artwork in line with brand guidelines.

• Develop vector graphics, exploded views, installation illustrations, wiring diagrams, and pictograms.

• Ensure artwork is print-ready, high resolution, and compatible with digital/manual distribution formats.

• Incorporate multi-language compatibility where applicable, ensuring proper alignment and formatting.

• Assist in creating artwork for product packaging, safety labels, rating stickers, and promotional inserts.

• Work closely with content writers and product teams to revise and update manuals as per design changes or compliance requirements.

• Manage version control, maintain artwork libraries, and ensure timely delivery of assets as per project schedules.

Technical Documentation

• Prepare User Manuals.

• Prepare Service Manuals.

• Prepare Technical Datasheets.

• Develop Product Catalogues.

• Prepare Product Specification Sheets.

• Create Troubleshooting Guides.
