At Driven Communications Sdn Bhd, we're looking for a Creative Designer who can do more than just follow a brief. We want someone who can think, conceptualise, lead creative direction and bring ideas to life across design, animation and marketing campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• To receive brief and to liaise with clients and internal departments and ensure deliverables are done within requirements
• To produce static visual (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and animated videos (Adobe After Effects)
• To carry out creative direction and concept development (key requirement). Candidate must excel in creative direction and assist with junior team member guidance
• To carry out visual/animation execution and management.
• To be well aware of overall progress for each job and ensure jobs are done within deadlines
• To carry out client liaison with the Company’s clients.
• Adhere to project deadlines and ensure projects are delivered on a timely manner.
• Maintain good relationships with clients in the interest of the Company.
• Keeping up to date with current trends and industry best practices including self improvements on creative topics.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, creative design or an agency environment
• Strong opinions about design, visual direction and creative ideas
• Ability to turn a rough idea into a strong visual concept
• Comfortable with both thinking and doing—from concept development to final execution
• Ready to take greater ownership of projects
• Able to work closely with clients and internal teams
• Ready to step up and provide creative guidance to junior team members
