Creative Designer

About the Role

TOPMIX Berhad is looking for a Creative Designer and 3D Visualizer to transform our products into compelling visual concepts for interior spaces, product catalogues, exhibitions and marketing campaigns.

This multidisciplinary role combines 3D interior visualisation, graphic design, catalogue development and exhibition planning. You will also coordinate with printers, suppliers and booth contractors to ensure each project is executed accurately and according to the approved design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D interior models and realistic renderings featuring company products and materials.
• Develop visual concepts for residential, office, retail and commercial spaces.
• Produce visuals for social media, websites, catalogues, presentations and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure product colours, textures, patterns and proportions are represented accurately.
• Design and update product catalogues, including page layouts and sample-chip arrangements.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and review printer proofs and production quality.
• Develop exhibition-booth concepts, layouts and 3D visualisations.
• Coordinate with booth contractors on drawings, materials, branding, electrical requirements, installation and timelines.
• Design marketing materials such as advertisements, posters, banners, brochures, event graphics and presentation boards.
• Support exhibitions, product launches, dealer events and other marketing activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Architecture, 3D Design, Industrial Design or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SketchUp or equivalent 3D-modelling software.
• Ability to produce high-quality interior renderings.
• Good understanding of interior layouts, dimensions and technical drawings.
• Strong visual sense in materials, colours, composition and spatial design.
• Ability to prepare artwork for digital and print use.
• Detail-oriented, particularly when checking product codes, colours, dimensions and sample arrangements.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable coordinating with suppliers, printers and contractors.
• Willing to support exhibitions and events when required.

Added Advantages

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience in interior design, building materials, furniture, cabinetry or renovation.
• Experience developing product catalogues or exhibition booths.
• Photography or video-editing skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
