Creative Designer

Role - Create clear, on-brand visuals across digital and print, from social media creatives and campaigns to presentations and internal communication.

Responsibilities:

• Design social media posts, ad creatives, banners, emailers and landing page visuals
• Create presentations, brochures, reports and other marketing collateral
• Develop concepts for campaigns and keep all output consistent with brand guidelines
• Work with Marketing, Content and Product teams to deliver designs on tight timelines
• Edit and produce short videos, motion graphics or reels (a plus)
• Incorporate feedback quickly and manage multiple projects at once

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, or Figma and Canva
• Strong sense of layout, typography, colour and visual storytelling
• A portfolio showcasing creative and graphic design work
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Graduate or diploma in Design, Fine Arts or a related field preferred

Good to Have:

• Experience in BFSI, fintech or corporate branding
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut)
• Familiarity with AI design tools
