• Build the visual communication strategy for our mid and long-term goals

• Be up-to-date and innovate with the latest trends in visual communication

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities

• Lead the creative output for our campaigns and brand communication from conception to completion

• Translate ideas and briefs to the creative team consisting of designers,
  videographers, photographers, and copywriters

• Ensure all output is consistent with brand personality and across platforms (digital marketing, social media, website, packaging, print and TV advertising)

• Work with external teams and agencies on projects and campaigns

• Meet assigned budget by forecasting and managing expenses

Competencies

• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
• Must be good at developing concepts for teams to work upon (internal & external)
• Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print
• Experience in overseeing production timelines, and budget management
• Agility in adapting to the ever-changing forms/platforms of visual communication
• Familiarity with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash

Education & Experience

• A graduate/ post-graduate degree in graphic design, visual communication, mass media or a similar discipline
• 5 years of related experience with of creative direction in an agency or
  corporate setting
