About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, resourceful and digitally savvy designer to join SaladStop! Group, supporting our brands

SaladStop!, Heybo and Wooshi,

across Singapore and international markets.

You’ll need a strong creative eye, solid graphic design fundamentals and the ability to independently bring ideas from concept to execution. We’re also looking for someone who embraces AI and new creative tools to work smarter, faster and more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:
Create high-quality visuals for campaigns, social media, product launches, digital screens and marketing collaterals.

Brand Consistency:
Independently reference brand guidelines, existing designs and campaign assets to ensure quality and consistency.

Content Creation:
Develop engaging social content, including static posts, carousels, Reels and short-form videos. Support basic photography and videography.

AI & Productivity:
Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, Adobe Firefly and other emerging AI platforms for ideation, visual exploration, content production and improving workflows.

Creative Judgement:
Identify design flaws, AI-generated inaccuracies and opportunities to improve creative quality before submitting work.

Creative Execution:
Manage briefs independently, research solutions, meet deadlines and collaborate with the Creative Lead and Marketing team.

Requirements

Minimum

2–3 years of graphic design or relevant creative experience

.

Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, composition and visual storytelling.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Familiar with social media content creation and basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar).

Comfortable using AI tools in everyday creative workflows, with the curiosity to explore new platforms.

Good understanding of brand guidelines and ability to maintain visual consistency.

Independent, resourceful and proactive

, with strong attention to detail and minimal handholding required.

Experience in F&B, lifestyle or consumer brands is a plus.
