Creative Designer, Brand Marketing | Dubai, UAE (12 month contract)

GRG is partnering with a leading global consumer goods organisation to recruit a Creative Designer to join its Middle East marketing function in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile, hands-on designer who enjoys working across multiple brands and creative formats, combining strong technical design capabilities with fresh ideas and an interest in AI-driven creativity.

The Opportunity

Working closely with regional Brand Marketing teams, you will play an important role in bringing global brand strategies to life across Middle Eastern markets.

From adapting global campaigns and developing packaging artwork to creating original visuals for retail, digital and consumer touchpoints, no two projects will look quite the same.

You will also have the opportunity to explore how AI can enhance creative thinking, streamline design processes and bring new ideas to the table.

Key Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in graphic design, creative design or visual communication, ideally gained within the FMCG industry or a creative agency servicing FMCG clients.
• Relevant FMCG industry experience is essential , with a strong understanding of consumer branding, product packaging and marketing materials across multiple channels.
• Strong packaging and print design expertise , including production-ready artwork, key visuals and adapting global brand guidelines for local markets.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, alongside experience producing creative assets across print and digital platforms.
• Exposure to AI-powered creative tools , with an understanding of how AI can support creative ideation, content creation and design efficiency.
• This is a 12-month contract position with no guarantee of renewal. Candidates must be comfortable committing to a fixed-term opportunity and should only apply if these terms align with their expectations.

UAE-based candidates are strongly preferred. Fluency in English is essential, while Arabic is an advantage.
