Role Description: The Creative Designer role at Indegenious Design  is a full-time hybrid position based in Sindh, Pakistan, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Creative Designer will develop and execute visual concepts for digital and print materials, including social media assets, marketing collateral, presentations, and web interfaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics and layouts, collaborating with marketing and content teams, refining brand visuals, and ensuring consistency across all design touchpoints. The role also involves participating in brainstorming sessions, preparing design mockups and prototypes, and iterating based on feedback from stakeholders. The Creative Designer will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards in all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Creative Design and Graphic Design skills to develop visually compelling concepts and assets.
• Candidates should possess Graphics and Branding skills to create cohesive visual identities and support brand guidelines.
• Candidates should possess Web Design skills to design user-friendly, responsive interfaces and digital experiences.
• Candidates should have proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software).
• Candidates should demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work across digital and print mediums.
• Candidates should have good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and work in cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field is beneficial, as is experience in agency or marketing settings.
