Role Description The Creative Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Madera, CA. This position is responsible for developing and executing visually compelling designs for digital and print channels, including social media assets, marketing collateral, and website graphics. The Creative Designer will collaborate with internal team members and clients to understand brand goals, translate concepts into designs, and maintain consistent visual identity across all projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating and refining brand guidelines, designing layouts and visual elements, preparing files for production, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality, timing, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Creative Design and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating diverse visual concepts.
• Experience creating Graphics for digital and print media, including social content, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Branding, with the ability to develop and maintain consistent visual identities and brand guidelines.
• Applied skills in Web Design, including layout design, responsive considerations, and asset preparation for web developers.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms).
• Ability to translate marketing strategies and client feedback into clear, effective design solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Relevant education or training in design, visual arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
