About the Company

Jashan by Swati & Sumit is a premium event planning and décor company in Punjab, creating sophisticated and memorable celebrations through creative décor, floral styling, lighting, spatial design, and unique event concepts.

About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and a passion for interior design, event décor, and creative concept development.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable turning ideas and references into attractive visual concepts, designs, layouts, and décor elements, while also being willing to participate in on-site event execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design ideas for weddings, events, and celebrations.
• Create décor layouts, design presentations, mood boards, and visual concepts.
• Design and modify event elements using Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and SketchUp.
• Work on stage, entrance, backdrop, seating, floral, signage, and overall event décor concepts.
• Coordinate colors, materials, patterns, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements.
• Convert client references and creative ideas into practical event designs.
• Coordinate with the décor and execution team to ensure the final setup matches the approved design.
• Visit event venues and assist with on-site design execution, styling, and quality checks.
• Bring fresh and innovative ideas to create unique and visually appealing event environments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Background in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related creative field.
• Good working knowledge of Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and SketchUp.
• Strong creative sense with an eye for color, composition, proportion, and aesthetics.
• Ability to understand references and develop new creative concepts.
• Basic understanding of space planning and event décor is preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel to event venues and work on-site when required.
• Freshers with strong practical skills and a good portfolio may also apply.
