Creative Designer Executive

About the Role

We're looking for a creative thinker who can turn fresh ideas into impactful designs and marketing campaigns.

This is a hands-on creative role where you'll be involved from developing ideas to designing and delivering the final creative materials.

We value creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn, alongside strong design fundamentals.

What You'll Do

1. Think & Create – Proactively develop fresh creative ideas and turn them into actual designs and marketing materials.
2. Design & Execute – Independently produce visuals for digital ads, social media, branding, and marketing campaigns.
3. Explore AI – Use AI tools to speed up daily design work, improve productivity, and explore new creative possibilities.
4. Test & Improve – Work with the marketing team to understand campaign performance and continuously improve creative effectiveness.
5. Stay Creative – Keep up with trends, experiment with new approaches, and bring fresh ideas to EasyParcel.

What We're Looking For

• Preferably 3+ years of graphic design or creative experience.
• Strong creative thinking with good design fundamentals.
• Able to independently turn ideas into polished, ready-to-use designs.
• Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Curious about AI and excited to explore new tools and technologies.
• Proactive, independent, and willing to learn.
• Someone who thinks beyond completing tasks and cares about the impact of their work.

Bonus Points

• Experience with AI-powered creative tools.
• Basic video shooting, editing, or motion graphics skills.
• Experience developing marketing campaigns or performance ad creatives.
