Creative Designer (Kochi)

We are looking for a Creative Designer with 3+ years of experience to create engaging visual content for corporate events, brand activations, campaigns and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking, attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for corporate events, conferences, brand activations and campaigns.
• Design event branding materials including stage backdrops, banners, standees, invitations, signage and digital screens.
• Create social media, digital marketing and promotional creatives.
• Design presentations, pitch decks, proposals and mood boards for client requirements.
• Prepare print-ready and production-ready artwork and coordinate with production/vendor teams when required.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Understand briefs, incorporate feedback and deliver designs within timelines.
• Stay updated with design trends, creative formats and emerging design technologies.
• Use AI tools and digital platforms to support creative ideation and improve design workflow.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Creative Design, Visual Communication, Branding, Advertising or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, video/motion tools or other creative software will be an advantage.
• Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, revisions and deadlines.
• Experience in event management, experiential marketing or corporate branding will be an advantage.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant creative work is preferred.
