About us
AdsBali is a digital marketing agency working with property, hospitality, and education brands across Bali and Indonesia. We run performance campaigns on Meta and other channels, and creative is at the centre of what we do.

The role
We're looking for a Creative Developer who turns briefs and strategy into scroll-stopping ads. Your main focus will be producing short-form video for Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Reels) and other ad platforms, supported by static ad design, working closely with our performance marketing team and creative director to create content that drives leads.

What you'll do

• Produce video ads, Reels, and stories for Meta and other digital channels in platform-correct sizes and safe zones
• Design static ads, carousels, and stories that align with each client's brand guidelines
• Translate creative briefs into concepts, including hook, format, on-screen text, visuals, and CTA
• Edit short-form video: cutting, captions, music, and basic motion graphics
• Research competitor ads (Meta Ad Library) and trends to keep ideas fresh
• Manage asset versions and hand off final files to the ads team on schedule

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in video or creative production for digital and social ads
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong skills in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
• Solid static graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar)
• Good understanding of Meta ad formats and short-form video trends
• A portfolio showing both video ad work and static design
• Able to work on-site at our Bali office

Nice to have

• A portfolio with a luxury, premium, or corporate visual style
• Experience with property, hospitality, or education brands
• Basic filming, photography and digital imaging skills
• Understanding of visual semiotics & storytelling
