Brief We are seeking a visionary, hands-on Creative Director with an extensive background in video editing and post-production to lead our expanding creative team.

This position is strictly for an agency veteran who has exclusively worked within marketing agencies and brings a minimum of 6 years of experience to the table.In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level conceptual strategy and flawless technical execution.

You must have a proven track record of directing, shooting, and cutting high-impact ad campaigns and creative social ads.

You will be responsible for setting the visual and narrative benchmark for our clients, running sets during commercial shoots, and mentoring a talented team of editors, motion designers, and videographers.Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and inspire an in-house post-production and creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, speed, and technical excellence.
• Campaign Conceptualization: Lead brainstorming sessions to develop highly engaging, conversion-focused ad concepts, video campaigns, and social-first creative ads.
• On-Set Direction & Shooting: Actively direct and shoot commercial ads, guiding camera placement, framing, and pacing with a deep understanding of how raw footage translates to the editing bay.
• Post-Production Oversight: Maintain complete oversight of the post-production pipeline, ensuring offline edits, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics meet elite agency standards.
• Client & Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with account managers and strategists to ensure all video assets align perfectly with client performance goals, brand guidelines, and target audience data.
• Quality Assurance: Review, refine, and approve final cuts, ensuring narrative flow, pacing, and visual storytelling are optimized for maximum engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of professional creative experience, with a background exclusively embedded within fast-paced marketing or advertising agencies.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced, hands-on expertise in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve) and modern cinema/mirrorless camera workflows.
• On-Set Expertise: Proven portfolio demonstrating your ability to script, shoot, and direct commercial ad content from scratch.
• Leadership Track Record: Proven experience managing, scheduling, and scaling creative or post-production teams within an agency environment.
• Ad-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of direct-response marketing, hook rates, retention metrics, and format constraints across digital platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, CTV).
• Portfolio Requirement: A strong reel or portfolio showcasing a blend of high-end post-production work, direct-response ad creative, and content you personally shot or directed.
