The Creative Director leads the visual identity and creative output across the entire BHC portfolio. This is a hands-on creative leadership role responsible for defining the aesthetic standard for every property and ensuring that standard is maintained across every visual touchpoint, from integrated campaigns and photo shoots to in-room collateral, event signage, menus, digital content, and experiential installations.
Each BHC property has a distinct character. The Creative Director’s work is to understand those distinctions at a granular level and translate them into visual language that is specific, consistent, and recognizably BHC without being homogeneous. The role requires someone who can conceptualize a seasonal campaign, direct a production set, build a brand toolkit, manage external creative partners, and present confidently to senior leadership, all while maintaining the level of craft and taste that the portfolio demands.
