Creative director

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Creative Director role at ملابسي - Malabisy is based in Nasr city. The Creative Director will lead the creative direction and production of fashion e-commerce content across product shoots, paid advertising, and social media platforms. The role involves developing visual concepts, directing fashion styling and product-level creatives, and coordinating the production process across models, locations, props, photographers, videographers, designers, editors, and other creative resources. The Creative Director will also work closely with the performance marketing and media-buying team to develop, test, and improve creatives based on performance metrics and contribute to the overall content strategy for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or producing fashion e-commerce shoots .
• Hands-on experience with fashion styling , including selecting looks, coordinating outfits, models, locations, props, and overall visual direction.
• Experience creating or directing product-level creatives specifically for paid advertising or e-commerce.
• Experience working with performance marketing or media-buying teams to develop and test creatives based on metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, or engagement.
• Experience developing creative direction and content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, or similar social media platforms.
• Experience managing photographers, videographers, graphic designers, editors, stylists, models, agencies, or creative freelancers .
• Experience handling a significant volume of products or SKUs and managing creative production at scale.
• Strong creative direction, coordination, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple creative resources and production requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Nasr city.
