Creative Director

ESMOS is hiring a Creative Director on behalf of a leading events company based in Abu Dhabi for a contract role until May 2027.

We are looking for a hands-on Creative Director to develop and lead creative concepts across major events, integrated campaigns, brand experiences and communications , with strong experience supporting government conferences, summits and high-profile events .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead creative concepts for events, campaigns and brand experiences.
• Translate strategic briefs into compelling creative ideas and visual narratives.
• Lead campaign identities, key visuals and overall creative direction.
• Oversee digital, social, film/video, print and experiential creative.
• Guide designers, art directors and external creative partners.
• Collaborate with strategy, content, production and project teams.
• Present creative concepts to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure creative quality and consistency from concept through delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in creative, branding, advertising, experiential or integrated agencies.
• Strong experience with government conferences, summits, B2G events or major government initiatives.
• Experience developing creative for large-scale events and integrated campaigns.
• Strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling and design expertise.
• Experience working with government entities and senior stakeholders is highly preferred.
• Strong client-facing, presentation and creative leadership skills.
• Hands-on, collaborative and comfortable managing fast-paced projects.
• UAE/GCC experience highly preferred.
