We're looking for a creative leader who can set the vision and hold the standard. Someone who understands what great looks like across social, branding, and digital campaigns, and knows how to build and lead a team that executes at that level. You'll work closely with our CEO, COO, Marketing Director, Art Director, Content Team, and Account Management team to ensure every piece of creative output reflects the brand, serves the strategy, and delivers results.

This is a leadership role as much as it is a creative role. What matters here is your ability to translate client goals into clear creative direction, maintain quality across a high-volume production environment, and develop the people around you. This is not a hands-off, conceptual-only role. You'll be in the work, reviewing it, raising the bar, and building the systems that make it repeatable.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction across all client accounts and internal Growth Boss content
• Set and enforce quality standards across social media, graphic design, video, paid media, and brand assets
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Account Manager to align creative output with client goals and campaign objectives
• Ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment for all creative work before it reaches the client
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of content strategists
• Oversee the content production pipeline and implement process improvements where needed
• Lead client-facing creative presentations and contribute to pitches and proposals
• Build scalable creative processes and SOPs in collaboration with the operations team
• Stay current on platform trends, design standards, and digital content best practices

Qualifications

• Fluent English proficiency (mandatory): all briefs, documentation, and internal communication are conducted in English
• 3+ years in a creative leadership role at a digital marketing or creative agency
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction across social media, branding, and digital campaigns
• Proven ability to lead and develop a creative team across multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Deep understanding of social platforms, content trends, and visual storytelling
• Experience working directly with clients, translating briefs into compelling creative concepts
• Clear, concise communicator who can articulate creative direction to designers, strategists, and clients
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent tools
• Project management experience (ClickUp is a bonus)
