Creative Director

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the company’s creative strategy
• Oversee the creative process from concept to execution
• Collaborate with Agencies & External Partners for marketing and creative initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop the creative team (Art Director, Graphic Designer, Content, Multimedia, etc.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Business teams for campaign needs (Brand awareness, sales, social media engagement, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Visual Communication Design, Marketing, Communication, or related field)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in creative / branding / advertising
• Proven experience in leading a creative team
• Strong creative project portfolio
• Up-to-date with design trends, digital marketing, and social media
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite / Figma / other creative tools
• Experienced in handling large-scale branding campaigns
• Experience in digital / FMCG/ retail / beauty / lifestyle industries is preferred
