Creative Director

This role is responsible for building content strategies, developing creative campaign ideas, leading the creative/content team, and ensuring all content outputs deliver strong visuals, storytelling, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide strategic direction to the creative team, including copywriters, social media specialists, content creators, designers, and videographers, to deliver impactful and high-performing content across digital platforms.
• Lead strategy and development of all creative campaigns for social media and content marketing.
• Develop content pillars, campaign ideas, and creative direction across digital platforms.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and campaign-based content production.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, branding, performance, and production teams.
• Analyze content performance and optimize based on insights and data.
• Stay updated with social media trends, digital culture, and consumer behavior.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in creative, content, or social media roles.
• Proven experience leading creative or content teams, current portfolio to be submitted with your application
• Strong portfolio of social media campaigns and content projects.
• Deep understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, branding, and content aesthetics.
• Understanding of content performance metrics, engagement, and audience growth.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
