Eleva Communications is seeking a visionary, strategic, and agile Creative Director to lead our fast-paced in-house media team in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for an inspiring creative leader with a proven track record of conceptualizing and executing high-impact video campaigns and multi-channel content across corporate, government, and brand communications in the UAE/GCC market. In this role, you will define and elevate our agency’s creative vision, lead cross-functional teams, direct high-stakes video productions, and ensure all deliverables resonate with local audiences while meeting world-class artistic standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Vision & Campaign Strategy
• Lead the overarching creative strategy for client briefs, translating business objectives into compelling concepts, visual treatments, and narrative storyboards.
• Ensure all creative concepts align with client brand guidelines, project milestones, and UAE cultural sensibilities and regulations.
• Direction & Production Oversight
• Provide hands-on creative and directorial guidance during pre-production, high-profile shoots, and live-action sets.
• Collaborate closely with producers, videographers, and lighting directors on-set to ensure the high-level visual and storytelling vision is accurately executed.
• Post-Production & Quality Assurance
• Guide post-production teams—including video editors, motion graphics designers, colorists, and sound engineers—to maintain narrative coherence and aesthetic quality.
• Oversee final creative reviews and client presentations, ensuring polished, high-calibre deliveries that meet pitch and campaign objectives.
• Team Leadership & Agency Growth
• Mentor and manage in-house creatives, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and efficient working environment.
• Partner with account managers and senior leadership to drive agency pitch success, pitch creative concepts to key stakeholders, and elevate agency-wide SOPs and creative benchmarks.
