Creative Director — Interior Architecture & Design

The Role

We're looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead our design voice. You'll set the creative direction across all projects, inspire and mentor our design team, and be the face of the Cervo Bianco aesthetic with clients and partners. This is a role for someone who pairs a rare artistic eye with the technical depth and business sense to bring ambitious ideas to life.

What You'll Do

• Define and evolve the studio's creative vision and signature design language across every project.
• Lead concept development from first sketch to final installation, making sure every space reflects our standard of excellence.
• Present concepts to high-net-worth clients, developers, and brand partners with confidence and storytelling flair.
• Mentor and grow a team of interior architects, designers, and visualizers, building a culture of creativity and accountability.
• Curate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and art, and build relationships with artisans, galleries, and luxury suppliers.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to protect design intent through execution.
• Balance creative ambition with budgets, timelines, and profitability.
• Shape the studio's brand presence through portfolios, publications, awards, and events

Who You Are

• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
• 8+ years of experience in luxury interior design, with at least 4–5 years in a senior creative or leadership role.
• A strong portfolio of high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects that shows a distinctive point of view.
• Deep knowledge of spatial planning, materials, joinery, lighting, and craftsmanship.
• Excellent command of AutoCAD is essential, along with solid working knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, and other visualization tools (such as SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, and the Adobe Creative Suite) to guide and review the team's technical and rendering work.
• A natural leader who inspires people rather than manages them.
• Polished, articulate, and comfortable in front of demanding clients.
• Culturally curious, with a sharp eye on art, fashion, architecture, and global design movements.

Bonus Points

• Published work or industry awards.
• Experience with international projects or luxury hospitality brands.
• Experience designing custom furniture or product collections.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

Retribuzione: €2.000,00 - €3.000,00 al mese
