About the role

This role involves developing and presenting communication strategies and key messages, formats, and activities for events and campaigns such as seminars, product launches, concerts, exhibitions, booths, festivals, and sports activities to align with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and present communication ideas, key messages, work formats, and activities for events and campaigns to meet client objectives
• Create presentations for client pitches
• Develop copy and storyboards for advertising and write content
• Write scripts for videos and live streaming projects
• Review work from designers and editors before submission to ensure alignment with original concepts
• Collaborate with directors on video shoots to verify visual angles match intended concepts
• Attend meetings with relevant departments to receive briefs and client feedback
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project completion
• Stay updated on relevant information and news to work in a timely and current manner aligned with evolving client needs

About you

• Minimum 25 years old
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Creative in an event organiser
• Skilled in event work; experience in campaigns, TVC advertising, or online video production is highly valued
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentations
• Strong interpersonal skills, punctual, able to work in teams, current with trends, interested in online work
• Able to work across different provinces, internationally, or outside standard hours with flexibility
• Good English language skills or content writing ability is highly valued
• Not suitable for recent graduates
