Creative Event Planner

Roles and Responsibility

• Plan and conceptualize creative corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, and experiential campaigns from idea to execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and action plans.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field.
• Any Graduate degree is required.
• Possess strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and think creatively.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other event planning tools.
