We’re now looking for an Creative Executive to join our growing team. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping shape the creative output across diverse clients and industries.

About the RoleAs a Creative Executive at Socialsupe,

You will be central to developing and executing big ideas for our clients. Working closely with the Creative Director, you’ll lead a team of designers, writers, and content creators to craft compelling narratives and visuals across digital, social, and integrated campaigns.This is both a hands-on and leadership role: you’ll be expected to create, refine, and oversee concepts while mentoring junior talent and ensuring the highest level of creative integrity.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development of creative campaigns from concept to execution across multiple client accounts.
• Translate brand strategies and briefs into actionable creative ideas that resonate across channels (digital, social, print, experiential).
• Provide strong direction in both art and copy, ensuring high-quality output across visual and written content.
• Partner with strategy, accounts, and media teams to align creative solutions with client objectives.
• Oversee production, ensuring deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and on-budget.
• Mentor and inspire creative teams, cultivating a culture of innovation, learning, and collaboration.
• Confidently present ideas to clients, articulating the thinking and impact behind the work.
• Support new business pitches by shaping winning creative proposals.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2+ years in a creative role at an agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across industries and platforms (digital-first work required).
• Expertise in either art direction or copywriting, with strong appreciation for both disciplines.
• Solid understanding of digital and social media trends, consumer behavior, and cultural insights.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and client-facing presentation skills.
• Bonus Experience with integrated campaigns that include digital, video, experiential, and print.
