Creative Executive

About the role

We are seeking a talented Creative Executive to join SF Global Express (M) Sdn Bhd in a full-time position based in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal role within our creative department, where you will be responsible for conceptualising, designing and executing visual content that drives our brand forward. As Creative Executive, you will play an essential part in shaping our visual identity and ensuring that all creative outputs align with our strategic objectives and brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts and design solutions for various marketing and promotional campaigns across multiple channels
• Create visually compelling graphic designs including digital assets, print materials, social media content and brand collateral
• Collaborate with marketing, communications and senior management teams to understand project requirements and translate them into creative executions
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and standards across all design projects
• Conduct research on current design trends, competitor activities and market insights to inform creative strategies
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring quality output and adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Present design concepts and creative ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine deliverables
• Utilise industry-standard design software and tools to produce high-quality visual content
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the company's visual identity and brand aesthetic

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts or a related creative discipline
• 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar creative role
• Strong in multiple language such as Mandarin, Malay and English will be added advantage.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence, visual design skills and a range of completed projects
• Excellent understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography and composition
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into compelling visual solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and take constructive feedback positively
• Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media content creation and web design is preferred
• Experience with video editing or motion graphics is advantageous
