Purpose
The Creative Experience Coordinator owns the daily operations, hospitality experience, and presentation of our Design Center.
Responsibilities
- District operations and Guest Experience
- Scheduling and Administrative Coordinator
- Client Design tours and presentation support
- Marketing and event coordination and support
- Design Studio and resource library management
In-office Monday- Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM - 3:00 Remote
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong scheduling, organization, follow through, and time management skills with ability to manage multiple daily priorities.
High level of customer service, professionalism, warmth and service with a Heart for People.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office...Outlook calendars, teams, Canva, printers, presentation technology
Interest in commercial interiors, design materials, furniture, finishes and professional design resource library.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
