Feazer (www.feazer.com) is an on-demand design services studio providing businesses with high-quality creative solutions. We support various businesses with digital, print, branding, presentation, illustration, web design, and motion design assets.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys working on a wide range of creative projects and contributing fresh ideas across different design disciplines.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or related creative fields.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution across multiple design formats.
• Experience working on both conceptual and production design work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience in a related field.

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Strong creativity with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with familiarity with AI-powered design tools considered a plus.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with internal teams.
• Open to feedback and able to adapt designs based on project needs.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

What You Will Do:

• Execute a variety of design assignments across Digital, Print, Presentation, and Branding projects.
• Contribute creative ideas and concepts to support client projects across different industries.
• Collaborate closely with other designers and team members to deliver effective design solutions.
• Support the development of creative concepts and visual directions for projects.
• Explore and integrate AI tools into design workflows to improve efficiency and creativity.
• Ensure all design outputs align with brand guidelines, project requirements, and quality standards.
• Gain exposure to projects involving illustration, motion design, and web UI.
